At YY Fashion Group (www.yyfashiongroup.com), our main goal is for you to fall in love with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Our policy lasts [30] days. If [30] days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Tags: It must have all original tags attached.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and company policy, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear, intimates, and lingerie.
- Swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is intact and original tags are attached).
- Earrings and body piercing jewelry.
- Gift cards.
- “Final Sale” items or items discounted by more than [50%].
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:
- Email us at devoluciones@yyfashiongroup.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request. If approved, we will send you shipping instructions and the return address.
- Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: If you are returning an item because of personal preference (e.g., size or style), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Errors or Defects: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, YY Fashion Group will cover all shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
- Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually [5-10] business days depending on your bank).
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, please send us an email at devoluciones@yyfashiongroup.com.
